DELIVERY INFORMATION
 

The Lazy Stylist works with reliable logistics partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently. You will receive tracking information or a confirmed delivery date once your order has been scheduled for dispatch.

We currently offer free delivery for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide & ACT Metro areas.

If you are outside of these zones, please email customercare@thelazystylist.com.au and we will calculate your delivery price within 24 hours.

 

Below are the delivery options and estimated transit times. Please note that pre-order items do not fall within these timeframes.

Sydney Metro: 7-14 business days
NSW, VIC, QLD Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
WA Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
TAS Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
NT Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

 

We only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes.


Authority to Leave & Delivery Access

Our courier partners deliver to the door and operate with Authority to Leave for all orders. This means parcels may be left in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is home. Couriers do not wait onsite, call ahead, or provide delivery windows unless offered at their discretion.

For apartment buildings, couriers will leave the item in the safest accessible location available (for example, foyer areas, mailrooms, concierge desks, or secure entry points). If the courier cannot safely access the building, they may attempt delivery again on their next route.

Once the courier provides proof of delivery, including a delivery scan, GPS confirmation or a photo, the order is considered delivered and responsibility transfers to the customer.
 

Optional Shipping Protection (Seel)

At checkout, you may choose to add Worry Free Purchase Protection powered by Seel. This optional protection covers eligible issues such as loss, theft or damage during transit, in line with Seel’s policies.

If protection is purchased, any claims must be lodged directly with Seel through their Resolution Center, and Seel will assess and determine the claim outcome. Approved claim refunds are issued by Seel, not The Lazy Stylist.

If you do not add Seel protection, transit related issues may not be covered beyond your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Important Delivery Notes

Full payment is required prior to dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery address. Please contact us immediately if any details need to be corrected before dispatch.

For heavier items, we recommend having assistance available to carry items inside and unpack them, as couriers deliver to the front door only.
