FAQ

Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes, we freight all our products Australia wide. Unfortunately we don't offer shipping outside of Australia. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free delivery for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide & ACT Metro Areas. 

If you are outside of the metro areas specified, please email customercare@thelazystylist.com.au and we will calculate your delivery price within 24 hours.

 

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes - Afterpay is available. 
 

What if my item arrives damaged?

We offer Worry Free Purchase Protection (powered by Seel) which is required for shipping protection against damage, loss, and theft. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the courier, and Seel’s protection ensures you are covered for any transit-related issues.

If your item arrives damaged, Seel will assess your claim and issue a refund directly to you. For Australian customers, refunds are processed via PayPal only (this is Seel’s current payout method for non-USD currencies).

Once your refund is received, you are welcome to place a new order for a replacement item.

If there is a product defect (rather than shipping damage), please also contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I submit a claim?

If you purchased Worry Free Purchase Protection at checkout, you can lodge a claim through Seel’s Resolution Center.

Simply follow the link in your order confirmation email or visit: https://resolve.seel.com

You’ll be asked to upload photos of the damaged item and packaging so Seel can verify the issue. They will handle the assessment and refund directly. If you need help at any stage, please reach out to Seel directly support@seel.com
 

Do you have a showroom where I can view the furniture?
To keep our prices competitive, we unfortunately don’t have a showroom. We do have videos and photos of the products to ensure this is the right move for you. You can also get in touch with our team for further information at info@thelazystylist.com.au

 

Where is your furniture made?
Our products are designed in Australia. We are proud to have manufacturing partners from Bali, China and here in Australia. The suppliers we engage with have been carefully selected based on their craftsmanship, quality and values that support our ethics.

 

Can I refund a product?
We offer a product exchange within 14 days at the buyer’s expense for shipping. We ask that the products have not been used or removed from the original packaging. Exchanges won't be excepted without original packaging.

Unfortunately, The Lazy Stylist does not offer a refund due to change of mind. The Lazy Stylist takes no responsibility for delayed shipments and therefore cannot offer a refund due to deferred delivery. 


What does it mean when an item is on pre-order?
As we are an emerging business in the manufacturing industry, we produce our products in smaller quantities to keep storage costs low and avoid mass production. If an item is on pre-order we will note when it is due.

 

Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?

Yes, The Lazy Stylist offers a 1-year warranty on all products.
