Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes, we freight all our products Australia wide.

Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free delivery for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide & ACT Metro Areas.
If you are outside of the metro areas specified, please email customercare@thelazystylist.com.au and we will calculate your delivery price within 24 hours.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes! Afterpay is available.

Do you have a showroom where I can view the furniture?
To keep our prices competitive, we unfortunately don’t have a showroom. We do have videos and photos of the products to ensure this is the right move for you! You can also get in touch with our Stylist for further information at info@thelazystylist.com.au
Where is your furniture made?
Our products are designed in Australia with passion and honesty. We are proud to have manufacturing partners from Bali, China and here in Australia. The suppliers we engage with have been carefully selected based on their craftsmanship, quality and values that support our ethics.
Can I refund a product?
We offer a product exchange within 14 days at the buyer’s expense for shipping. We ask that the products have not been used or removed from the original packaging.

Unfortunately, The Lazy Stylist does not offer a refund due to change of mind. The Lazy Stylist takes no responsibility for delayed shipments and therefore cannot offer a refund due to deferred delivery.
What does it mean when an item is on pre-order?
As we are an emerging business in the manufacturing industry, we produce our products in smaller quantities to keep storage costs low and avoid mass production. If an item is on pre-order we will note when it is due.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, The Lazy Stylist offers a 1-year warranty on all products.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great pride in our furniture and examine the quality of each individual product before it leaves our facility. However if your product is physically damaged during transit, please contact our team within 24 hours on customercare@thelazystylist.com.au.
Do you hire out your furniture for photoshoots?
We love to collaborate with fellow creatives! Please get in touch with us for any retail or commercial enquiries at info@thelazystylist.com.au
